KINETICO WATER SYSTEMS ENSURE PURE CLEAN DRINKING WATER
The K5
Using three fixed filters, a pre-filter, reverse osmosis membrane filter and a post-filter, the K5 Drinking Water Station supplies the very best drinking water.
Pre-filter:
The pre-filter removes chlorine as well as sediment.
Reverse osmosis:
Using reverse osmosis technology, water is forced through a semi-permeable membrane that filters non-organic contaminants such as nitrates and metals including lead.
Post-filter:
A post-filter removes any remaining non-organic compounds that could cause bad taste and odour.
The system can also be customised for your own specific drinking water needs with the addition of further optional filters. You can even add calcium to your treated drinking water before you use it with our special Mineral Plus filter.
The AquaRange
The AquaRange of filters fit easily and neatly under the kitchen sink and our unique ‘twist and lock’ system means that changing filters couldn’t be simpler. They do not require electricity, making them economical to use too.
These Kinetico filters are fitted with a MacGuardTM (Metered Automatic Cartridge) so unfiltered drinking water can’t be consumed. This unique device measures the amount of water passing through each filter and stops the flow of water when the filter cartridge is exhausted.
The average household can enjoy up to 12 months’ great tasting, filtered water before the filter needs changing.
The AquaGuard is also fitted with a PureMometer®, our revolutionary filter life indicator, which will tell you when your cartridge needs replacing.
